Sales Executive (Twitter/Twitch/Discord)
We are seeking a driven and innovative Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter, Twitch, and Discord to drive sales and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with our target audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to social media platforms, including Twitter, Twitch, and Discord.
Engage with potential customers through direct messaging, live chats, and community interactions to drive sales.
Create and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for sales growth and community engagement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotions and campaigns specific to each platform.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback from social media interactions.
Attend and participate in relevant online events, streams, and discussions to promote products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support through social media channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital or social media environment.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, Twitch, and Discord.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
At least O Level; A Level is preferred.
Experience:
1 year of experience in sales or social media marketing.
