Front Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Present and promote our products and services effectively.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a front-line or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
